Terms of Service

Status: Draft template — pending legal review

Placeholder — not final legal text

This page is a structural template prepared for the AIMER launch. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed and completed by qualified legal counsel before the service is offered commercially.

These terms will govern the use of AIMER, the AI Employee service for businesses.

1. About the service

Placeholder: AIMER provides an AI-powered assistant ("AI Employee") that businesses configure to interact with their customers.

2. Accounts & responsibilities

Placeholder: account holders must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and are responsible for activity within their workspace.

3. Subscriptions, trial & billing

Placeholder: plan tiers, the free trial, usage limits and billing terms. Displayed prices are examples until final pricing is confirmed at launch.

4. Acceptable use

Placeholder: no unlawful, harmful or abusive use; no attempts to circumvent usage limits or access other tenants’ data.

5. AI-generated content

Placeholder: responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. The business remains responsible for reviewing outcomes; AIMER does not autonomously confirm bookings or take payments.

6. Intellectual property

Placeholder: ownership of the service, and of the customer’s business data and content, will be defined here.

7. Liability

Placeholder: limitations and exclusions of liability to be defined with counsel.

8. Termination

Placeholder: termination rights for both parties and what happens to data on termination (see Privacy Policy and in-app deletion controls).

9. Changes to these terms

Placeholder: how changes are announced and when they take effect.

10. Governing law & contact

Placeholder: applicable law, venue and contact details.

Contact details for legal and privacy questions will be published here at launch.
