DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW — not final
This is a working draft prepared from AIMER's verified data inventory and current production implementation. It is provided for legal review, is not legal advice, and is not yet in force. Qualified legal counsel must review and approve it before it becomes binding.
DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW. This draft explains how AIMER uses cookies and similar browser storage in the current production build. It reflects our actual usage - essential only today - and is provided for legal review; it is not yet in force.
1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) are small pieces of data stored by your browser. AIMER uses them sparingly and only as described below.
2. Essential cookies and storage
These are required for AIMER to work and do not need consent: a secure session cookie that keeps you logged in, storage of your language preference, and storage of your cookie-consent choice so we can honour it. Without these the service cannot function.
3. Analytics cookies (currently unused)
Our cookie tool includes an optional analytics category, but no analytics cookies or scripts are loaded today. If we introduce analytics in the future, they will only run after you opt in, and you will be able to withdraw consent at any time.
4. No advertising or cross-site tracking
AIMER sets no advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies, and does not sell personal data.
5. Managing your choices
You can review and change your cookie choices at any time via Cookie Settings in the footer. Your preference is applied immediately and recorded in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may stop core features such as login from working.
6. Changes and contact
We will update this policy if our cookie usage changes, with versioning in our Legal Version Register. Questions: hello@getaimer.ai.
For legal and privacy questions during this draft period, contact hello@getaimer.ai. Final contact and data controller details will be published at launch.
