This policy will explain how AIMER collects, uses and protects personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are (data controller)
Placeholder: the legal entity name, registered address and contact details of the data controller will be listed here.

Placeholder: account details (name, email), business/workspace data, conversation content processed by the AI Employee, and technical data such as log and device information.
3. Why we process data (legal bases)

Placeholder: essential cookies are required for login and core functionality; optional analytics cookies are only set with your consent and can be changed anytime via Cookie Settings in the footer.
